The Phantoms are visually transformed by the gold leaf placed in the interior of these pieces.
I am highlighting the inside of this series of work in order to bring the viewer’s attention to our inner landscape and to give both symbolic and material value to our inner selves. These pieces are commenting on our intelligence and the growing awareness of our conscious and subconscious selves. Below are photos of the Phantom Boudicca.
